Advice about studying Fashion Design at LCF

I'm an International Student from Argentina who has just graduated from High School. Do you think it is extremely necessary to do the International Preparation for Fashion (certificate in Higher Education) if I want to get into Fashion Design Womenswear? I believe that I have considerable experience as regards Fashion.
