bad spelling

my internet server has been broken! Some of you have still got things to do and you must check you have clicked finish on everything before you can pay and send it to me!

got that from my refree today, i cant understand what hes saying in his 2nd paragraph. Is he going to send finished forms of to ucas?

Obviously 'you' means 'your'. I would agree with you. Sometimes 'being sent on your way' means to go somewhere, so perhaps he is referring to the applications being sent to UCAS. I can't think of any other interpretations.
