Wrong grade on certificate?

So I picked up my A Level certificates yesterday and an AS level that I didn't take to A2 has the wrong grade on it.

Online a few months after the exam it had gone up from what it was previously after they the tutors did a remark of all the papers.

I'm not all too concerned as it's not one of my A2's but it is a bit annoying.

I'm starting to wonder whether the online version was wrong? I didn't receive a notification or email that the grade had increased it just sort of appeared when I went on my college account.

Any advice?
