Does a placement yea HAVE to require you to achieve some form of credit?
Hi, sorry if this is the wrong thread to post this question in, but...
I was just wondering whether or not whilst on a placement year, you have to obtain any credit?
For example, I have found a company that allow you to be a language assistant. But it doesn't state whether you achieve any credit or achievements whilst taking part in it. So would a university allow this, or would you have to search for a placement internally, through processes within the universities facilities?
Could you not just choose a placement of your choose anywhere, as long as their is a degree of relevance to your studied course?
