Do you get student loans in europe?

Thinking about maybe going to a university in Europe but was wondering if you get student loans or do you have to pay the tuition fees yourself?

Can anybody clear this up?

Student Finance England don't offer support for study outside the UK.

You might be eligible to some support from the country you chose to study in but generally this would only be around tuition fees not living expenses.

Plenty of countries in Europe don't have tuition fees. You probably won't learn the course in English though. And you may still have to pay for living and accommodation.

The best way of doing this is to go for a courses at a UK Uni that includes a Year Abroad - if it is a stated part of the course and not a bolt-on extra it will be covered by Student Finance.
