French tobacco kicks ass. Pass me the Django

and Thud is right, rolling your own is the way forward.
Seriously though how can you go to France and not smoke? Even if you don't have one in your hands you're effectively smoking all the time if you're in a bar or club!
Lucky Strike is awesome, reminds me of being very cheap in Spain
If cigarettes were as cheap in Ireland as they are in Spain I would be smoking a lot more. But if it's a choice between smoking and drinking...

Cigarettes in Spain!!! So cheap! I made a killing buying them and bringing them back up to Bordeaux.

Price of 20 in San Sebastian: 2.80€. Price of 20 in Bordeaux: 4.50€

I haven't tried Davidoff's - to be honest, the Dominican Republic cigars I've tried really haven't been that good.

Yeah - the moderators took a month over approving my last society, though, so it'll just be this thread for the moment.

I'm not a regular smoker...more a one joint a week and the occasional cigar man. Can I join?

Of course. I don't smoke often either, but nonetheless have a passionate hatred for the Scottish public smoking ban and the levels of taxation on tobacco.

About that joint... I've not had one since August, there's a shortage in Edinburgh at the moment.

I'm an occaisional 'with a drink' smoker, though I used to smoke regularly. Never felt addicted though, just enjoy it like I enjoy ice cream (well mebbe not ice cream, I do like that a lot).
Though as I said my smoking increases exponentially in Spain/France
A cigarette and a good cup of coffee:love:

I desperately want to join your club but I don't smoke at the moment. Any tips on how to start? I feel I should work my up starting with nicotine gum then moving onto nicotine patches and finally onto cigarettes. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Regards

Although some people might find smoking bad and anti-social they are all wrong!!..the truth is (although only us true smokers are wise enough to know it) smoking is not bad because it keeps you thin, makes you smell utterly fragrant and works the lungs to its full extent. As for being anti-social thats pure rubbish and i stick two fingers up to it, most smokers you will find are friends with other smokers so therefore engage with plenty of people, quite the oppositite to anti-social infact they are most popular and do not resemble a recluse in anyway shape or form.

please sign me up for this glorious society of yours and lets all appreciate the healing powers and wonders of a toke from a ciggie..or cigar (if your feeling posh)

Smoking stunts my growth. I started too late.

Discussion point. marlboro lights - whats the deal with the taste difference between the white filter and the normal filter? Discuss.

    Lol......no idea man.
What was the point of introducing normal filter lights? So that ppl who smoke lights can fit in with the rest of us?
    pointless if u ask me....

I'm angry. My friend brought back Marlboro Lights from the US and they are about 60540895236 times nicer than the Marlboro Lights/Reds here! Not fair
