are there high paying jobs in robotics?

I love robotics, are there any high paying jobs in that field? I mean designing and inventing robotics not putting them together :P
Guess so, my cousin is an engineer working on the design of robot systems to decommission nuclear power plants and he seems to be doing alright - depends what you mean by high pay I suppose.

hello and welcome to TSR.

Engineering is in demand and robotics companies will pay market rates for the best people.

Starting salaries will depend on the company you join.

The median salary for a graduate engineer is £26K but it could be anywhere between £22K and £32K.

It goes up from there with an international Chartered Engineers median salary of £60K+ dependent on engineering sector, company and location.

If you progress into management, engineers can command salaries in excess of £100K.
