Carrer Development Loan

Hello,

I want to apply for a CDL for a 3 year PhD program. I learnt that CDL is 2 years max. Please is there a way I can present it to them and get the loan? Has anyone secured CDL for PhD?

A CDL is a one-off loan of £10,000 max. You can only get one for each course of study, which means if you successfully apply for one to cover a PhD, that single loan would cover the 3-4 years of your research.

its also only for courses not more than 2 years long
