Forgot about that one. It came out when I was still in primary school and I remember hearing it a lot back then. So for me there's the nostalgia element to it, as well as the music and lyrics.
I find Ride by Lana del Rey really emotional in a liberating, uplifting kind of way.

Oh my god, definitely agree with fix you by coldplay! I remember when i initially heard it and just feeling really sad, as if i was trying to stop myself from crying. Can't get over how powerful it is!
The cinematic orchestra- to build a home :frown:
Snow Patrol- Set The Fire to the Third Bar. I listened to it after a break-up, I used to cry every time I heard it because its lyrics accurately described my feelings at the time.
Listen- John Legend and David Guetta....
I have cried copious tears whilst on public transport with this playing on my phone:sigh:

Most emotional? Leave Out All The Rest, by Linkin Park. By far. First time I listened to it by myself...I was a wreck. It was played at a friend's funeral...it was quite fitting, but there will always be that attachment to that song...

But it's all about attachment to the song. Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd is pretty emotional too.

Mayday Parade- Even robots need blankets
Slaughterhouse- Move on
Three Days Grace- Someone who cares
