Why does time need to keep moving on - time flies to fast

the clocks keep moving on or time flies too fast as not enough hours in the day to do the things u want why does time keep moving on and why cant it stand stilll or slow and why do things need to move on

every day people need to wake up and go to work to pay bill other wise how do the bills pay by them selves so people need to work hence why time need to move on but why does time need to move on and why cant it stand still
even when jobs end time need to move on or why u die life moves on why cant time stand still

This made me think of a dream I had recently where there was a clock with hands that kept moving uncontrollably. I think time goes my so fast if we fail to appreciate those 86,400 seconds in a day. Time passing is painful because we age, our health begins to deteriorate and we can become distanced from those we love, but I think this is necessary for us to grow and develop as human beings.
