How to actually do well in Biology A-levels?

I'm doing AQA Biology AS and so far i'm not doing very well. I've got U's in every test that i've done but i've hardly revised. For these, i always get 1 or 2 marks off an E. in the mock i did last week, i got a U (obviously) and i think my teacher is losing faith and patience in me.
But i don't actually know how to revise properly, right now im doing homework but later on, what do i do? Ive done some past papers, but there's so many you can do, right? with my GCSEs, all i did was read a bit from the revision guide, but now, obviously i won't be able to get away with just doing that. I've made a few small cards with information on them but i don't think that's enough.
The exam is may/june, and i should really start revising now, due to my grades but i don't know what to do? Now that my class is moving onto Unit 2, should i still go over Unit 1?
Sorry if this was too long, lol, I'm actually stressing out over this.
Thanks for reading though
