Maybe you are stressed or maybe you just need extra sleep ??

You may be waking up in the middle of an REM sleep cycle, use sleepyti.me to figure out the best time to sleep/wake up.
If it's really serious you could maybe get a blood test and check for anemia. It may be a problem with your thyroid process too.
You sure you're getting enough sleep? Young people up to 25 years old are recommended between 8.5-9 hours of sleep a night!
You're the same as me

I know how you feel, I have anemia and an underactive thyroid so I am constantly exhausted. I think you should get your iron/b12 and thyroid levels checked just to at least rule that out.
