Interview on 20.1.15

I have an interview at northampton uni for primary education leading to QTS on tuesday (20.1.15). i am going through some potential questions that could be asked. Ones i am struggling on are:
1. What can you bring to this university?
2. What challenges do people working with children face today?
3. What do you think you would find the most difficult aspect of teaching? and how would you deal with it?

Any ideas for answers? Thanks :smile:
