I kinda need help new to this!

Ok so I'm doing physics at alevel but not maths I'm doing really well I can do the maths easily but didn't want to do a level maths I got A in my physics at gcse and B in my maths I'm getting As in my alevel physics and want to study it at university is there any way I can study it without doing a level maths?

No. School level maths is actually more important for university level physics than school physics. Calculus is important for deriving most aspects that you will encounter.
