Well, I don't feel bad when I don't feel like that, rather I feel Torpid. But feeling like that would never be a bad feeling right?

Damn right.
Enjoyment. Feeling fitter and more lively.

A number of things, in this order

1. Becoming more mobile
2. Training so I can do cool things like martial arts one day
3. Looking good

Oh and of course, above all, the obvious one, fitness
Started lifting because I was a stick thin nerd weighing in at around 9 stone /60kg.

I used to race offroad motorbikes and literally got trapped under my own 100kg bike and didn't have the strength to get it off me.

Started going to the gym. Found I enjoy it. Go lots. It's fun.
the only thing that motivates me is the endorphins you get and how it sets you up in good spirits for the day. losing weight and fitness are good, but they are more long term goals.
My boyfriend telling me that I'd look better ;_;
knowing i'm going to get something good out of it:dumbells::yeah:
Totally shallow and not the only reason but one i lol at

I want to workout enough to get fit enough looking to be comfortable working out in a sports bra

And then just work out in a sports bra

Plus you know, I want to improve my speed and strength too (the true reasons)
