Orange Store Face to Face interviews

Had my telephone interview last week. Got told today i passed that and ive got a face to face interview next week. Anyone else had one? What should I expect? questions etc.

How many people for each position usually get a face to face interview?

Any tips would be appreciated as this is my first real interview.

well if its anything like carphone warehouse they may ask you just to talk a bit about yourself, and its good to read up a little bit about the history of the company. in addition they may ask you to sell your mobile phone to them so be on the ball and prepared to give a one minute talk about your mobile phone...i say maybe because it might not always get asked of you. good luck

Hi

I work for Orange and when i had my interview is was very relaxed. This might not be the case for you but just be yourself.

They have a booklet they follow asking you a variety of questions varying from previous experience and just general things about yourself. One main thing they ask you is how you have solved problems in your previous employment and how far you went to get customer satisfaction.

Good luck with the interview unless you've had it by now.
