Double room in newly refurbished house close to the Student Union available

Hello!

In the spring semester (January 2015-June/July 2015) I've got a spare room in a 9 person house available if anyone is looking for accommodation!
Right by sheffield uni, 10 min walk to the union. £85 per week including bills - very reasonable for the location, size and the fact it's just been done up over the summer.
It's mixed gender with students in second year, non-smokers, tidy and hard working but like a laugh.
The house itself is fully refurbished, brand new. The kitchen has touchscreen electric hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of surface space. Two fridges and two freezers.

It's a really nice open plan kitchen/lounge with large, flatscreen TV and speakers so it's very sociable.
Three bathrooms with showers.
