Poultry / Pig farms in south of england for EMS

Hi everyone

Im currently trying to fit in my pre-clinical EMS during this year but finding it impossible to find any poultry or pig farms to do it at. All the places I have contacted do not take students or do not have a sufficient amount of animals..Im at Edinburgh uni but want to find something in the south of England as Ill be home in Surrey over the summer and want to do pig & poultry EMS then.

Im looking for a week of poultry and a week of pigs. I would be ever so grateful if anyone has any ideas of places I could contact in the Surrey/London area...

I have a car down there so anywhere down south would be feasible actually

I know of a turkey farm in Herts if that's any good? I know they take students but I haven't been there so I can't personally recommend them or anything :tongue:

Not sure if this fits EMS criteria but perhaps worth giving Sparsholt college a ring? They have a pig unit and I know they take on students during the holidays when their college students are not around - not too far from surrey either :smile:
