Help what do I do
Right I'm really fed up 'sad face'. The guy I snogged from work is being super weird in work with me and it's been 4 wks.. Avoids to talk to me etc is there anything I can do
Talk to him about why he's weird.

Maybe just super fed up of his attitude atm. I have no issue with him
I once did this at work, I found the girl to be super unattractive the next day, and I couldn't bring myself to reject her so I completely avoided her until I found another job.

I wouldn't say I was unattractive but even so not nice to treat peeps like this
Just confront him and ask if he has a problem with you. But don't do anything with him again, speaking from experience here, you'll regret it even more.
