How to not give a ****?

I care way too much about everything and everyone and how I am perceived. I need to start not giving a damn f! Tips, anyone?

Play with peoples characters. Do things that you know will warrant an action from someone. Or do something to test what their reaction will be. Have fun with it but don't go overboard i.e. rude, dangerous etc... In the end you'll get so used to it that you stop caring what they think so much.
