Biotechnology application question

I am applying for biotechnology which requires ABB-BBB and two sciences, I am doing biology, psychology and sociology at A-level but I am confused about an offer I could receive. After my mock exams I re-applied after an initial rejection due to my predicted grades being poor, they are now BBB and for reference it is impossible for me to get an A overall in any of my subjects due to resit limitations. Is it unlikely that I will get a BBB offer at all? It says that psychology is an exceptional science in the course requirements, but I am unsure exactly what is meant by this - does it mean the only offer possible with psychology is ABB?
It depends on many, many things. No one could say for certain without knowing a magnitude of information from your reference, personal statement, grades, what school you go to, what fee status you have, the other applicants, the number of places etc etc.

Unfortunately all you can do is wait and see.
