Religious Studies or Sociology A level - please help

Hello,
I want to do Psychology at uni and I am struggling to choose my third A level. I will do three full A levels instead of bothering with the A2 drop thing, as I'm also currently taking a BTEC extended diploma in Health and Social Care (and I will have to pay for every A level that I take). I feel that I would prefer Religious Studies from what I've read, however Sociology seems more related to Psychology.

I will take biology and statistics at A level, but what other subject will be the best based on:
Course material
Difficulty
Merit
Correlation to Psychology
How it's assessed
