So far you've not done anything that's actually medical. If you get time in a GP and in hospital that will be far more useful. You should think about some long-term regular volunteering, in a medical/caring capacity, not just ad hoc helping out a teacher or whatever. And for all of these you need to think of what you've gained from them that will be useful for a career in medicine.

Also, bumping a thread when you posted at ~2am is rather demanding and pointless.
Its about what you learned from those, not how much you did. See if you can reflect from those experiences the skills which are transferable to a medical environment. The only thing I will say about whether it was 'enough' is that universities MIGHT look favorably on a long term commitment, possibly months or even years at one place, because it shows a degree of dedication. Whether that's true for each of your universities you can only really find out by talking to reps from each uni at an open day.
