I was walking her to her place, during this period I had a random erections that happens to all of us sadly. We hugged and I know she noticed it.

I dont know what to do? Should I just let it go or should I mention it to her that its the wrong timing?

Definitely do not mention it.
As it suddenly makes a rather awkward conversation, as she has to think of something appropriate to reply, and I think at this stage, the less time you both spend discussing your erection is best.

It's a tough situation. Been there. Before the hug did you try to tame it? Cause that is not a good idea as you will still have it but it will be partial and thus she will think you have a small penis.

I would not say anything if I were you. If she didn't notice then you're just making things awkward for yourself. Had a friend who would always get erections around me. He'd say sorry, start grunting and would punch his penis. It was extremely awkward so just forget about it.
