Natural sciences

Hi
i'd just like to know about NatSci @cambridge. it sounds really exciting and fun as you can practically choose your own modules and specialise later. i'm more of a biologist (who loves maths), so am interested in physiology and pathology. i was wondering what the career prospects were like after the 4 years i study natsci. i heard research is a bit dodgy as pay is quite low and contracts are short term (read articles in papers, and talked to my teachers- one of whom did biochem and didnt like having to move around looing for work so decided to teach). would doing pathology enable me to practice pathology at hospitals or is it only possible through a MBBS

i'm also thinking of doing MPharmacy at other unis which leads to a career, although natsci sounds more fun.
