Access to HE vs Foundation Year
Hi all,
Could anyone tell me if universities have any preferences between Access to HE Diploma and a Foundation Year? I'm thinking of applying for Sociology or Social Sciences undergraduate degree in Bristol (or elsewhere) next year. University of Bristol offers advantages in the admissions procedure upon completing their Foundation Year in Arts and Humanities, but I'm not sure if I'd still get an advantage if I apply in the same uni but different faculty. Likewise, I don't know if other universities would count this equal, better or worse than an Access to HE course.
