I'm looking to sell my lease to anyone interested in finding accommodation for next year ( September 2015- June 2016. There is a fantastic 3 bedroom property located 64 Bulwer Road, Leicester which is only a 10 minute walk from the University of Leicester. The property has modern fitted kitchen with gas cooker, bathroom and excellent sized reception room. Rent is £70 per week ( excl utility bills).
