AQA GCSE ICT Coursework Unit 2 & Unit 3

Anyone who has done their ICT Coursework any ICT even last years or this years 'Talent Contest' which was set last year, please help me how to get full marks for both Unit 2 and 3 please can you give me a detailed answer if possible including things like what to include in Implementation etc. Also if you have already finished your ICT GCSE but still have the coursework if it possible can you share it me so I could see how your one is structured
