Dica- curable and not treatable
We have an Analysis Question on whether the decision in the case of Dica [2004] QB 1257 should apply where the transmitted disease is curable and not treatable.
Would you use R v Clarence as authority in this case the STI was cureable? If not what authorities could be used to show it shouldn't be used when cureable
