Internship/placement at KPMG

Has anyone done an internship or had a placement at KPMG or any other big accounting firm? What tasks were you given to do?

I've worked at a Big Four while we've had interns there. You generally do the same tasks as everyone else but on a much simpler level. In audit it might be to go and find some invoices to support a balance for example. Nothing too complicated. And you'll probably learn a bit of Excel skills along the way. Nobody will assume that you know everything so nothing to worry about.
