Got a funny feeling this might be here because it's exactly the question posed for the Trinity College 2015 Robert Walker Essay Competition, designed to encourage participation from prospective law applicants in year 12 and 13, regardless of background.
It also has a rather nice first prize of £300 and an afternoon with Lord Walker and the Trinity law fellows, so I'd definitely encourage anyone who's thinking about law to try and answer it (and be adventurous with it!), although maybe not the best idea to give hints and tips to those you're competing against / take those tips and win a prize based on other people's ideas!
