choosing a festival for the first time.

Hi, I'm looking for a festival to go to for my very first time, I would like to attend something similar to the Burning man festival in Nevada, USA, but, here in the UK or close European countries.

I want something a bit out there in term of the atmosphere, something along those terms would be, The Bali spirit Festival Indonesia, or maybe Bestival.

Also what is the bets way to attend? Car, carpool, caravan etc.
