FP2 Hyperbolic Functions Integration Question

I'm stuck on this integration question on a hyperbolic functions exercise:

Integral(sqrt(4x^2 -1))dx for limits 0.5 to 1.3.

Sorry about the poor formatting, tried to use LaTeX but I've never used it before and it didn't work.

Not looking for the full answer, but any hints to push me in the right direction would be very much appreciated, thanks!
