For literally the past 7 weeks my stomach has felt and looked pretty bloated. It's less so in the morning (but it's still substantial) and as soon as I eat or drink something it gets so much worse. I actually look pregnant (and no I'm certain I'm not haha).
At uni I eat a lot of vegetables... do you think maybe that could be causing it? When I'm at home I eat next to none. Surely I'd have adjusted to the diet by now though seeing as though I've been here so long?
Any ideas on what could be causing it? And how to reduce it?
