Has anyone got into a top uni with less traditional courses?

Current uni student, have applied for a different course at a different uni - 2015 entry.

I have 2 Bs at A2 - Eng Lit and Sociology. I also have a BTEC Subsidiary Diploma (L3) in Music - Distinction (which is equivalent to an A grade at A2).

The course I've applied for, Education with Psychology at Bath Uni, asks ABB. Do I have a chance?

Well you meet the entry requirements... so yeah i guess so, there are no specific subject requirements for that course so you should be fine
I'm sure they will, they will probably take into account your grades and the points from them, not the subject itself unless it asks for specific subjects or experience.
Only if they see your BTEC as equiv. to an A grade.
Many 'top' Unis do not.
