Electric field of a charged square sheet Help! - Impossible Integral?

So the question is to find the electric field a height z above the centre of a square sheet with constant charge density 'sigma' and sides of length b

i know there's sort of two ways to do this this:
- one which simplifies the initial integral
- one which doesn't and leads to a difficult integral

i did the 2nd one cause the method made more sense to me and i ended up with the following integral:

§ In{[0.5b + (0.25b^2 + y^2 + z^2)^0.5] / [-0.5b + (0.25b^2 +y^2 + z^2)^0.5]} dy

the log is of the whole thing, and the integral has limits from -0.5b to 0.5b
and obviously z is fixed w.r.t to y

any ideas of how to integrate this? the answer has an arctan in it if that helps...
