Help-Uni advice needed!!

So, today UCAS withdrew me from my courses as I needed an extra line and this was the only way to do this.-fine, not a problem.
So I have now applied for the Health and Social Care management course at University of South Wales as I was told by one of the principle lecturer/academic admissions tutor to do so. She informed me that I can do the first year and then request to transfer over to start my nursing degree.
I would like to know if anyone has done is and how did they find it. was is straight forward or should I prepare myself for a bit of running around the house that is if I even get accepted onto the H&S Management course. Any helpful advice will be greatly appreciated.:smile:
