rescue remedy

whats it like guys? does it help alleviate anxiety?
Tastes like watered down brandy - which is what it is.
supposedly it's been activated with homeopathic concentrations of flowers... but homeopathic concentration means none.

I'd try kalms or supermarket own label 'herbal stress relief' tablets with valerian & hops instead.
It's a placebo.

It doesn't work for me but I know people who swear by it. I've found Quiet Life tabs work well for me.

As a child I used to be in pain so my mum would whip out the rescue remedy.

It came with a little pipette, I just swigged it from the bottle.
