Route B deadlines???

was wondering when is the deadline for you to apply to ucas if you are goin through route b(art and design). i looked on the ucas website and it says 15th jan closing date for applications from UK, but at the bottom it says that they dont send the applications till the 12th feb for route b.

so do you have to apply by 15th jan or 12th feb?
