Catered or Self Catered (Medicine)

Hi,

I've just got an offer to study medicine at Leeds University in September and I am trying to decide between Catered or Self-Catered.

Does anyone have any opinion on this at Leeds? Any medics?

If you're willing to opinions from all (i'm not her medical student nor am i at leeds) i would say unless the money is an issue you might want to go catered. Medicine is a very intense course and you'll need plenty of time to study cooking buying ingredients ect will mean you have less time in the evenings also i'm not sure but i think that medicine courses have more teaching time in the week so you may be tired by the time you get home from lectures if you're catered you won't have to worry about cooking you can just pick something up quickly eat and then continue working or doing whatever it is you want to do.
