3rd language at Uni of Birmingham/ joint honours at Leeds Uni help

Hi there,
I'm currently struggling to make a decison between Leeds and Birmingham university (Joint Honours French and Spanish at Leeds and French Spanish and a 3rd Language at Birmingham)
I'm really stuck though because I can't decide between the two! What attracts me to Leeds is the year AND term abroad, but the attraction to Birmingham is the 3rd language opportunity. I Can't decide whether to do Russian or Mandarin Chinese as my 3rd language though.
If anyone who has gone to BHM and taken 3 languages, Russian or Chinese being one of their choices, I'd really appreciate any advice and experience you have for me, or if you were/ are deciding between LDS and BHM Id also really appreciate your input, reasons why you like/dislike each one
