Sheffield housemate wanted for house share

I'm 23, the girls are 19, we're just normal people, into socialising, going places, hanging out, watching TV, I study music, Paige takes occupational therapy and my Mrs works full time

I might be interested. Still weighing up my options at the moment though. A little info about me. I'll be 25 starting my first year of a Mechanical Engineering degree moving down from Manchester. I have similar interests to yourselves. I do want to enjoy the typical student lifestyle, but being slightly older I probably won't go as hard as the rest. I'll be holding a part-time job at Asda Warehouse in Sheffield, so 10% discount on shopping is a benefit you'd acquire having me as a housemate. I also have a girlfriend back here in Manchester who will probably visit 1-3 times a month for a couple of days or so, would this be a problem?
