Looking for an internship in London - Urban planning/Design

Hello everyone,

I'm a French student in civil engineering and most precisely urban planning and design and I have to do a 6 months internship from September to February 2016. (I'm in my third year)

Is it too early to apply? Do you know some companies which recruit foreign students? Do u have some advice

Thanks in advance

Heyy  are you thinking of doing your internship here in the UK? my brother had to do a placement year/internship in Architecture last year so I kinda know a thing or two about it. As any other field it's really hard to get a good placement and sometimes you won't find 'paid year out'. Since I do engineering in college I do know that these firms take students for interships I'm not 100% sure if it's paid though but they do recruit for a year out (or six months in your case):

The bottom three are really well respected companies in the built environment sector, I'm sure you heard of them.. they cover pretty much all areas including Urban planning and Design! they ARE competitive so you need to try your luck. But hey, I wish you the best! good luck.
