    Lol you sound like my dad - the bankers claiming to be 'professionals' especially piss him off.. its true to a certain extent though, they do not pass any professional exams according to my knowledge.. yet they get paid on par with some of the top football players with bonuses that are just ridiculous..

    Bankers do have to pass exams. You can only advise on the buying and selling of securities legally if you are qualified by the FSA. If you fail these exams during your training, you get the boot.

    I'd rather the bankers earned silly money than footballers...
