Week holiday over Easter - bad?

I have A2 exams and STEP 3 this summer... I don't know if going on holiday for a week would hurt my revision or if it would be fine. Has anyone done this? What do you think?
My parents are considering a holiday and they won't listen to me when I tell them I think it's a bad idea. I'm going to try and bring along as much revision stuff as I can but I can't imagine I will be doing much. If you can get out of it, I would try to do so.

In year 11, I went on holiday a week before one of my exams and I revised throughout the day on the balcony of my hotel in the sunshine, then used my time off to go to the beach/go to the pool. If anything it gave me more motivation, that was the only GCSE I got an A in.
