Fees for EU students?

Hi,

I got my offer from Edinburgh last night, and am confused about my fee status -- I was born and grew up in the UK, but also have a Portuguese citizenship and Portuguese parent. Edinburgh emailed me a few months ago asking for a copy of my mother's passport telling me that I might be eligible for EU fees (i.e. free). I did this, and then when I got my offer yesterday, saw that it said "EU/EEA fee rate", but it hadn't been confirmed yet. What would my fee rate be? Would I count as an EU citizen or not?

You would count as an EU student. Check the rate of tuition fee to be paid by EU students on the university website.
