transferinh

I have been told i can transfer from term 1 of yr 2 to term 1 of yr 1 on another uni and course. How much of my tuition fees would be transferred to my new university?

You would owe the tuition fee from your first attempt. If you leave before the 31st March, you will usually only owe 50% of this year's fees. If you leave after that, you will owe 100% of them.

When you start at your new uni, you take out a new tuition fee loan.

The fees won't be transferred from one uni to another.

Student finance told me the fees would be transferable because it's in the same academic year.. I'm a nursing student February starter.

Then I guess you have to believe them, but I've never heard of SF working like that. It may be something specific to NHS-funded study.
