Retaking a year...again

I temporarily withdrew during my 2nd year of university due to illness. I've now done the same once again in my 3rd year.
I'm aware of the 3+1 rule with regard to funding and I'm wondering whether I'll be able to get another year of funding due to illness?
I'm also unsure of whether to 'resit' or 'restart' the year and of how both of these options will influence my chances of receiving funding.
Additionally how will stating my official withdraw date as midway through my 2nd term of university rather than now (Easter holidays) affect me financially should I choose to do that? Thanks for any help

You can apply for "Compelling Personal Reasons" for the years you had to withdraw due to health problems (you would need proof from a third party like your GP). If accepted, CPR will reinstate that year's entitlement to SF funding and can give you an additional year.
