Will Nottingham Trent Accept Me?

I'm on track for DDD , for my course however!

I don't have Functional Skills Maths At Level 2.

And this was one of the conditions they set for me to be accepted for Law.

I have failed my first test (For Functional Skills Maths) I have two more chances to get it.

Is it worth me putting it as my firm? I'm kinda scared i won't get Maths.

My attendance for the Maths class has been 100% , and my college believe they will consider that as I've gone to every class and attempted Maths.

If you don't have the basic maths pass they are asking for, then I suspect they won't take you. Law is very competitive and there will be people who have got the pass already. I doubt very much that your attendance will make any difference, and in a sad way it might even count against you that despite your full attendance you still can't pass. That said, as long as you have an insurance which you want to go to and which you can get into, it may be a risk you want to take to put it as your firm.
