Biomedicine at Edinburgh?

Hi - I'm a TSR newbie so go easy on me!
Edinburgh is among my options for Biomedicine but I've heard some scary stories about how far it is to travel to and from studies each day if I choose to live close to the city centre. Has anyone got any advice, please

If you have classes at the King's buildings or the Royal Infirmary then you wouldn't be the only one as you'd either be with Science students or the clinical Medics. I don't think its that difficult to be honest, there are buses to the RIE all the time and there is a shuttle from main campus to the King's buildings very often.

The bus from the city centre to King's is about 15 minutes. Not much at all.
